Where do I get Microsoft Personal Web Server? How do I install PHP CD, Can it be install offline cos at the mean time I finished all my bandwidth I'm offline so I want to install my softwares.

PHP code is excuted to server before the web page is sent. How?

Meaning that you firstly upload the code to the server or the code is already there automatically.

Client is our local machine right. Server is Public view, and then there is PHP engine.

I dont know if I understand it right.
