Text file problems

It appears some versions of IE parses the text file, i.e. your code is not shown as text.

Strictly speaking, you should have
Language: HTML
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/plain; charset=utf-8" />
in your header, but this is not guaranteed to work.

There are fixes that one can do to the registry of your PC, but that is also not guaranteed.

Just use Firefox or Chrome.

Well, it always works in Firefox, and that is what I use.
