Internet Explorer CSS box model bug

I have recently bumped into this problem while trying to finish my portfolio piece ,it is starting to really affect my CSS spacing.
Who knows how to combat this evil scourge?

If you still use IE5 then you must suffer smiling smiley Upgrade! ALso make sure of the document declaration on top of the page which sometimes causes this.

That said, CSS is not easy and time consuming. It takes a long time to master. Keep it simple for now.
