Are they asking for 3 3*3 matrices for the point p =[x y 1]T and 3 3*3 matrices for v=[a b 0]T?

I think you only need to find the matrixes to convert a vector or a point. (One matrix would be able to rotate a point or a vector)

So I think its just 4 3x3 matrices. One for each of rotate, translate, scale and shear.
