Do you ever get people who make wrong assumptions about you?

I was so pissed of the other day. Some person made a comment that I am actually gay...based on the fact that I hate rugby, like art and plays, know something about dressing decently, and get this....they way I talk!

Also, I went with some "friends" to go quad biking...they thought I needed to be on the back of the bike, as I just didnt seem like the type of guy that could ride. I proceeded to leave them all in the bike.

I think it is so easy to fall in that trap, and not even know you are doing it. I just hope I dont do it to others as well....

hahaha, Malcolm and I have a "special" relationship....

Seriously though, it is always the un-evolved males that think this, and some woman prefer to have cafe men, and then complain about it all day...

what is a cafe man? now you do sound gay winking smiley

they are just saying you are gay because they are insecure. Maybe they are gay and are trying to figure out if you are gay because they think you have a nice butt or something?

Riaan cycles (and probably shaves his legs) so he must have a nice butt tongue sticking out smiley

heheh, sorry, I mean a CAVE man....typing too fast here!

@ rick...nope, I used to shave my legs when I cycled more seriously, now I hardly get time to get on the bike, so it seemed like allot of effort for nothing smiling smiley

I have seen very manly men with very deep voices, hairy like gorilla's, and then they are gay. Stereotyping....oi vei!

he left them all in the bike... maybe thats some gay term we don't understand? winking smiley

I get annoyed when people see me and think I am young and stupid. I can't help it that people seem to assume I am 25 or some equally ridiculous age.

yeah, i often get people mistaking my eccentricity for being gay tongue sticking out smiley

sometimes people fail to see the loudmouthed extrovert in me and think i'm completely introverted... though that's not far off a lot of the time!
