awwwww. I wish someone comes to the exams dressed like that and sits down and waits for his exam paper. I wonder if that would be allowed. I wonder if you could dress up like batman or superman or something funny. I dont have the guts. But I double dare everyone braver than me.

I work hard at work but come here when I need a break. I've been studying hard throughout the year so I'm not hugely stressed with exams. Next week I have 3 exams in 4 days but I should do okay.

how is alcohol exempt from being a drug? because it's legal? tongue sticking out smiley

I have heard (so not fact), that if alcohol was introduced as a "new drug" today, it would not pass all the tests to be legal. Not sure if thats true though smiling smiley

drugs aren't legal because its impossible for governments to control its distribution.

not true....take amsterdam where you can legally buy "hash".

They cant control the distribution because its a black market. Its a black market because it is illegal. It is illegal because government feels its bad for you and decided its illegal.

The moment it is legal, it becomes "governable". And, they can even earn tax on the sales then smiling smiley Take the debate surrounding the legalisation of prostitution. It is not regulated because its illegal. If they legalise it, the girls can demand safer working conditions, they would be protected by labour law.

It is very interesting how government can choose its own level of influence.
