Study Guide?
January 25, 2007 08:15PM
Is there a study guide for this module as stated in tutorial letter 101 pg9 point 3.3? I did not receive one with my study material.

On page 5 of tutlet 101 it seems you are suppose to have study guide 501.
May be it is still on its way, else email the lecturer and let us know.
Have u/any receive it or not yet

The Department of Despatch should supply you with the following tutorial
matter for this unit of study:
• tutorial letter (101)
• study guide (501)
Note: Some of this tutorial matter may not necessarily be available when you
register. Tutorial matter that is not available when you register will be posted
to you as soon as possible.
Inventory letter
When you register you will receive an inventory letter containing information about
your tutorial matter. See also the booklet entitled Unisa: services and procedures
(which you received with your tutorial matter).

Until this years study guide is available, there is a study guide "INF206-D Study Guide", albeit from 2002, that is available for download on the Lecturer's Page "http://osprey.unisa.ac.za/modules/INF206-D/index.html";.

I think we can for now get by without the study guide - from what I can understand in TUT101, the study guide consists of review questions. So basically if we just follow the study plan in TUT101 we don't need the study guide for now.
